  • 1 bottle (237 mL) Vanilla Glucerna®
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.5 mL (½ tsp) cinnamon
  • 6 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) non-hydrogenated margarine


  1. In a medium-size bowl, mix the Glucerna®, eggs, and cinnamon.
  2. Soak the bread in the egg mixture until saturated.
  3. In a large frying pan, melt the margarine over medium heat.
  4. Place the bread in the pan and cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve hot.
